Question about being arrested and out on bond but no court case

Back in February I had a local mechanic work on my car and while my car was still there I couldn’t get ahold of him.

Something told me to check Brazoria county jail records and I found him. He was caught with several different illegal drugs and was out on bond the very next day.

Because I’m nosy I checked today just to see what’s going on with it and he doesn’t have a court date scheduled for that incident whatsoever. He does have one for domestic violence and driving while intoxicated but those were from last year, but nothing for the drugs.

I can still find it when I look up jail records just not court cases.

Does that mean they plan to dismiss it? Or are they just waiting?

Again just being nosy on my end. The guy used to be great, unfortunately I think drugs has taken over.
