Looking for someone that makes custom Naruto headbands

I’m having a bachelor party and want to give my group some custom Naruto headbands. I’m looking for someone that can actually make the whole headband, including the engraving itself. I prefer it be an engraving. If anyone does this or can recommend a place or individual that does custom work like this, I would be really grateful!
