@TexansCap had a Q&A on his site yesterday. My question was if he thinks we could sign Howard & Tunsil to new deals in 2023 even though we are already in 9th place for OLINE spending. The bottom line seems to be that cash over cap is what matters. It’s less about the cap and how much cash Cal has.
