Offer pending to work downtown.

Hello,

I am in the process of a pending offer with a company for a salary range of 120-140. I would be coming from CO and I wanted to get some advice on what to expect. I have a family so schools, safety, and all the good family stuff are at the forefront of my mind.

Let me know any advice you have and if that salary is reasonable for Houston. My goal would to live on the outskirts of town.
