Restaurants/Cafe Street in Houston?

Hi, i’m visiting houston from europe and I can’t seem to figure out how this city is built.

Can anyone help me where is the main area where you can find tons of cafes/restaurants etc? Where I live in europe, there is either a city center or few streets where there are tons of restaurants/coffee shops etc. the area is usually very walkable and you cant take your car inside

How does it work here in houston? I’m in museum district.
