Good electricity provider?

Hey yall,

I just signed a lease for a 1bed/1bath condo, which is all electric – no gas. So I was wondering what some of the good options are for electricity providers, specifically fixed rates? But any advice is welcome. Because outside of hearing/seeing TXU, Reliant, etc. in ads, I'm unfamiliar with which providers are good since the units I've rented have all come with utilities included already. Plus, the whole 2021 winter storm fiasco kind of adds to my worries lol.
