Bryan beach vs Quintana beach

My family is coming from out of town (Illinois) and this will be my little sisters second time seeing a beach, ever (1st time Galveston). I want to take them to a different vibe in the area, I’ve heard Bryan Beach and Quintana are hidden gems and less crowded. My question is, if you could only visit one in your life, which one would you chose? Thanks in advanced!
