Edwards on I-10 Gone?

Husband and I were passing the Marquee for the first time in awhile and noticed that the signs for Edwards were all gone, as well as the movie signs. What happened? I thought they were doing ok once Covid restrictions were lifted?

Or does anyone know what’s going to be put there now that they’re gone?
