HCAD protest experience (should I bother?)

Backstory: we closed March 2022. Received a tax appraisal higher than what we paid. I disputed and isettle came back to the purchase price. I’m ready/willing to accept but want to sanity check:

Given we just bought, there’s really no point in me rejecting isettle and fighting is there? All the comps are similiar house size, but larger lots and recently updated. Mine was a bit of a project, needing various repairs/upgrades (think around $20-30k must have changes/fixes. This was about how much lower we bought compared to the comps). Appraisal came in higher than purchase amount.

I should just accept isettle shouldn’t I?
