Looking for an independent public insurance adjuster

A lot of roofing companies have been knocking on my door trying to get me to sign for them to time a claim to replace my roof based on damage from the last hail storm. But they want me to sign on the dotted line before I see an estimate and I don’t trust it

I’m looking for an independent public insurance adjuster who can file the claim so I have an idea on what kind of work can be done on the roof. Not looking for roofing companies unless they provide an estimate before the insurance claim is filed
