We need to update the airport faq

I wrote the original but haven’t done any plane travel since the pandemic. There’s a ton of new information around about IAH traffic and COVID s**t stopping and transfers and all, and I don’t know anything about how things go down anymore.

I will delete my original airport post in a week. Could somebody who has actually been flying these past few years please write an update? You can copy the framework and update it as you see fit.
