Hugo Ortega Food Tour Recap
Celebrated 37 today by hitting up three Hugo Ortega restaurants today. Gluttony and privileged as f**k for sure, but whatever.
Started off at URBE then hit up Caracol happy hour and Xochi happy hour. I’d been to all of them before, but my parents had not so it was fun to show them food by who I consider to be the best chef in Houston.
Saved Xochi for last and it was the right move of course. Best happy hour anywhere.

URBE: brisket queso flameado Caracol: ceviche de chile canario Xochi: taco de chicharrón (somehow managed to overthrow the reigning champ: cachetes de res)
