Upscale Birthday Restaurant with Vegan Options?

I have a friend’s birthday coming up and I’m hoping to make a reservation somewhere nice/more upscale for her. She’s vegan and doesn’t drink, so hopefully somewhere with good mocktails and at least two solid vegan options- or a place with some good small plates/appetizers we could all share. Lunch or dinner recommendations are both welcome. Preferably somewhere with a good/more modern atmosphere as well, since I’m sure she’ll want to take a few pictures during the meal. Doesn’t have to fit all of the above mentioned- any recommendations appreciated! Thanks everyone!
