Motiva Enterprises’ next president and CEO has more than 30 years of downstream and midstream energy and most recently served as CEO of Limetree Bay Energy, based in the U.S. Virgin Islands.

[NY Times] Watson met at least 66 women over a 17-month period, far more than previously known. He had help from the Houston Texans, including nondisclosure agreements, in making appointments.
