Looking for a fun restaurant for a 17th birthday

I want to take my kid somewhere fun for their birthday, turning 17. I’ll also have an 8 year old with me, but they’re very well behaved and mature. Looking for somewhere different and more of an experience. No real preference on food category. Inner loop is best. TIA!!
