I hate my bathroom fans!!!

I live in a rental in the Clear Lake area. I have two bathroom fans that turn on with the lights. I HATE fans. I understand why they are useful, but I don’t want them on.

I will pay someone with electrical knowledge to disconnect the fans and show me how to reconnect once I move out.
