Power 247 is pulling out of Texas – Electric Company

Power 247 decided to pull out of the state of Texas. I had a fixed rate 3 year deal.

They sent a notice that I have 30 days to pick a new provider and there will be no early termination fee. If I don’t pick, it will go to a company of their choosing.

Is there anyway for me to get my rate honored?
