Driveway repair or replacement dilemma

Anyone have experience with this? Our HOA is hounding everyone with cracks to have repairs or replacement done for neighborhood beauty standards.

Are there quick cheap fixes for this? Not looking for a $5k replacement right now. Would be very appreciative of any local handy men or even just your experiences in this regard.
