Open-top tractor/trailer carrying foul liquid almost hits woman scavenging on freeway next to her parked car

Did anyone else witness this? It happened somewhere in the neighborhood of 9pm on 59N past Minute Maid when that downward left hand curve starts.

Whatever it was that came out of the top of the truck’s trailer when they slammed their brakes smells a lot like catfish bait, it was mostly liquid but also had plenty of chunks of who knows what.

Anyone know what this vile substance might be?
