Any places to ride (well-trained) horses near Houston?

I’m coming to Houston for my birthday and I’d love to ride horses again as I used to have a horse and stopped riding because of college. I want to find somewhere that’s not just a run of the mill place where the horses are just trained to have people ride them all day because I was trained for 12 or so years and they’re actually much more difficult for me to ride. I used to do cutting/cow work as well as showing (western & english) so i’m really fine with any of those things, are there any places like that? 🙂
