Houston water issue?

Has anyone noticed their water tasting kind of off recently? My water from my fridge (just replaced filter less than a month ago, these filters last at least 3-6 months) and from my sink taste very off. Normally there is no after taste or any off taste to it, but I just noticed there was an issue starting about 2 days ago. Has anyone else experienced the same thing?
