Democratic candidates for U.S. Rep. District 38 share platforms ahead of May 24 runoff
Because neither Diana Martinez Alexander nor Duncan F. Klussmann earned 50% of the votes in the March 1 primary, the two Democrats will be on the primary runoff ballots for residents of the 38th Congressional District.
