Really need some help finding a good Physiotherapist

Hello guys, I'm at a complete loss. I've been referred to a Physiotherapist to treat my ruptured disc post procedure.

I've been to two different memorial Hermann locations (that are close by and approved by my insurance) and both locations seriously suck.

I think memorial Hermann just wants my insurance money because once you're signed up you are treated like one of many plates being spun by the Physiotherapist.

Both locations on numerous occasions had the physio tell me to do an exercise as they ran around tending to 3 or 4 other patients booked in the exact same time I was.

For the money I paid for multiple sessions I got nothing other than an instructor sheet printed off of basic exercises to do. No actual directions, or supervision from the physio.

Anyway, I don't mind how far I have to travel within Houston… I just don't want to waste any more time rehabbing my back injury going to these massive McHospitals that just want your money and don't actually have much patient care.
