Is it just me or is the Chronicle garbage?

I usually sign up at Astros games for those promo items then cancel a few months later after I tire of it. Well this season I signed up at an game on 4/20 and so far I have received ONE paper after calling to complain about a week in. It is now 5/11 and no papers so I called again but I couldnt speak with a real person, just an automated missed delivery menu. What the hell? I am going to just cancel this crap after 30 days and dispute it on my card lol.

They made me sign something saying I would pay for the yeti cup and blanket if I canceled before 8 weeks but f**k this.
