Hosting out of towners

Hello everyone! I was looking for some help on some good spots to take a couple in their early 30s (no kids) when they come visit Houston. They are very low key, like breweries and wine, and wish they had been here for the rodeo lol. Currently on my itinerary for them I have Buffalo bayou brewery, moody gardens, top golf, Jamaica beach in Galveston, killens, Athena gun club?, and gatsby steakhouse. (From these places I’ve only been to killens and top golf and we have previously visited NASA). Any recommendations/revisions are greatly appreciated!
