First time visiting Houston. Any “must-do” recommendations?

I’m visiting Houston in a couple weeks for a Cody Jinks concert, but I’ve never been to the there before. I’ve only been to Texas once a few years ago for my buddies wedding. I was wondering what fun stuff there is to do that you would consider activities that I can’t miss. I’ll be arriving Friday am, and leaving Sunday pm. There are 4 of us coming in our early 40s, staying in the Montrose neighborhood, but we’ll have transportation. We like to eat and drink, but are open to any fun activities. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Any suggestions??
