Unpaid tolls, please help.

Hi everyone. I’m in a bit of a fix. I know my situation is not entirely unique.

So I randomly decide to check if I owe any tolls on my leased car, and HCTRA website states $139 over a period of one year. I did have TXTAG but I forgot to update the permanent plate number when I got it. Well, I paid that.

However when I decided to run it on TxTag, it showed unpaid tolls of $2100. I called TxTag right away as I never got anything in the mail. They told me, in their records, the car is owned by the dealership, and so they can’t tell me anything or divulge any details (even though I got toll bills from NTTA). So I call the dealership and they have no idea and say I should call the main corporate customer service line. Well I call there and they are clueless as well. I do want to see what happened, why I never got any bill in mail, or if they sent bills to the dealership. I am clueless as to what to do. If I’m at fault here, I am willing to pay the fine.
