A federal judge has ruled against Houston ISD trustees' lawsuit to block the takeover, but it's not over yet
The legal fate of the Houston ISD board of trustees now lies in the hands of a state court and possibly the Houston teachers union after a federal judge ruled Dec. 18 against the trustees’ lawsuit requesting the board takeover be blocked.
