IAH driving advice wanted

I could use some help figuring out a timeline to get to IAH from the Jersey Village area on Saturday, if anyone has any tips.

I've never flown out of IAH, so I don't have a good handle on that area and I've heard there is construction recently that is slowing things down.

I am driving my MIL to the airport for a flight that leaves from Terminal C around 3 pm. Does anyone know how long it generally takes to get through the airport now from that area? I want to make sure she doesn't miss her flight and I leave on time.
