Don’t subscribe to the houston chronical

I subscribed, because they had a deal going on and there were a couple of articles I was interested in reading. Once I read those articles, I have had zero use in their services and decided on cancelling. You can't cancel online, by email, or mail. You HAVE to call a number posted online that conveniently doesn't work without modifications. You get put on hold for ages just to have someone pressure you to stay. Ontop of all this, one of their incentives to subscribe is special giveaway drawings, but the links don't work! I tried various drawings on different browsers and devices to no avail. Shitty buisness practices all around.
