Any free mma,boxing,jujitsu classes/groups?

Ik this is a long shot but I’ve been wanting to join some type of gym that involves any of these things but on the east there’s hardly any options and they charge so much I can’t be paying 300+ for classes it’s crazy so if there’s any tips I’d appreciate it, for adults of course
