Roy Hofheinz was elected county judge at age 23

The best known county judge in the history of this city was elected at age 23. He was the reason Major League Baseball came to town and single handedly developed the idea and creation of the Astrodome (and Astroworld). Just saying, for those who say Lina has no experience, neither did he, and look at what he accomplished.
