Texas Behavioral Health?

Does anyone have any experience with Texas Behavioral Health? I did an intake with them and created an online account, and they seem to have really great reviews, but I can't get their website to work, I can't get their app to work, and CVS hasn't seen anything about the antidepressants they supposedly prescribed me. The only way I can currently get messages to them is through their main email address, and I haven't gotten a reply there after either time I've tried to contact them.
