Looking for legit fajitas recipes

Hello Friends,

We are unfortunately moving back to the NY metro area after 2 great years in Houston. While we are excited for chicken parms, pizza, and bacon egg and cheese’s… we’re devastated about the thought of sub-par Mexican and Tex-Mex. Hence why we’re looking for a recipe to try (likely fail) and make bomb ass fajitas at home.
