Westchase area for a week.

I will be visiting next week for 7 days. I will be working most days from my hotel room while my partner attends work meetings. As a female who lives in a major canadian city currently and has good sense about walking alone downtown, are there indoor places I could easily walk to in Westchase for a change of scenery? Shopping, coffee shops, etc. thanks.
