Anyone know where I can make a copy of a key that says “do not copy” on it?

My HOA is charging me $35 for another pool key. Apparently you only get 1 free one even if you have lived in you home for 20+ years. I also pay over $200 a MONTH in HOA fees. Yes, I could pay the $35, but, I’m petty & don’t want to. To me it’s just the principal that they’re charging $35 for $1 key. So, anyone know where I can get a copy made around Clear Lake?
