Looking for city Cost of Living/Salary graphic

I’ve seen (I think on this subreddit) where it’s a plot of all major US cities in terms of cost of living and I think pay? Maybe city usability?

It shows houston in the top left where houston is one of the most affordable cities.

Anyone seen this graphic before? Cannot find it anywhere
