What to do on a Weekday for a young couple

Me and my GF have done pretty much everything in the city besides some things (Zoo, Museums and NASA) and I’m drawing blanks on what else to do in the city say a Monday or Wednesday, anybody has tips? (We’re both of drinking age but I do not drink but would still go to a bar for her)
