What’s up with Davis Mills?

I needed a break from the Texans for a bit and didn’t watch last season. I’ve heard lots about this Mills character. From looking at him he doesn’t look that mobile but I just saw that he ran a 4.58 40!? Does he ever actually run the ball?

What’s y’all evaluations of his first season?
