What does Davis Mills need to accomplish this year to be considered our long-term QB (stat wise, mechanics, eye test)?

I think most of us were impressed with Mills' growth last year. He went from telegraphing passes in the preseason to making quick reads by year end. What mechanics do you want to see him improve upon and what stat line does he need to keep the starting job (4K yds, 30 td)?
