Should the Texans consider going Receiver at 13?

Obviously when you’re rebuilding and have a mid round pick you gotta take whoever falls to you but if Drake London or Chris Olave is available should they be considered? I love Cooks and am glad he’s staying next season but he’s a free agent after next season. Whether is Mills or someone else Texans will most likely have a young QB and the best thing to help a young QB develop is a WR. I know we have Collins but he doesn’t seem like someone who will ever be a WR1. I wouldn’t mind getting a stud WR and have him learn under Cooks next season. What y’all think? (don’t flame me this is just a thought)
