BoB the Drafter

Considering how bad BoB the HC and BoB the Trader/GM are, does anyone actually have hope for him not totally screwing this franchise up further on draft day? I'm not sure if he's going to package all of his picks to move up to reach on someone or if he's going to do things "The New England Way" and just trade down and out and do all of his drafting on Day 3 in Rounds 6-7.
