Thoughts on Starting Rotation

With LMJ hurt for the time being, I'm wondering who y'all think should be in the rotation to start the season. The top three look set in stone:

1) JV 2) Framber 3) Garcia

Who do you think should be in the other two spots between Urquidy, Odorizzi, and Javier? Any chance of a 6 man rotation after LMJ comes back, or does someone drop off? Curious to see how this goes as the season develops.
