Let’s be honest with ourselves:

Next year, in a crazy stacked AFC. Not to mention a pretty solid AFC south with the jags getting better, and a couple of solid teams in the Colts and the Titans. The Texans are going to be bad. Maybe Davis Mills is the next star QB. Ik some people on this Reddit are convinced Davis mills is more than a backup QB. But chances are, with little talent around him, this team will be near the bottom of the league. Which is fine. Tank this year. Get a star QB, like a Bryce Young next year with a lot of first round picks and cap space to help surround him. Not to mention we could perhaps fire Lovie and find a real long term solution at HC. Idk. I just feel like next year mills will fall on the sword so we can tank again and then find a real QB with top 10 in the league potential. Like seriously ask yourself do you think Davis mills could be a top 10 QB at some point. And if he is do you think lovie smith can really coach this team to a long playoff run.

So I’m Summary I’m saying i think we’ll : Tank again next year. Find out Davis mills is not the answer. And hopefully if the cards fall right draft a top level QB next year and be ready to build a roster around him
