Favorite solar energy & solar panel companies?

My gas bills are in the range of $150 to $600 every month depending on usage for the small multifamily building. I want to switch to solar to lower my electrical bill. This would involve installing solar panels. Do you have any favorite solar panel companies? I'm deciding between financing the solar panels or paying them outright in a lump sum.
