Did Baker force the Browns hand?

Maybe the Browns were fine backing out, but then the Baker stuff happened and forced their hand.

We better get 3 firsts, 3 seconds, Baker (to trade to Carolina or etc.), and another good player.

Everything feels like it’s all conjecture at this point. I wouldn’t be surprised if Carolina comes back into the picture at this point.
