3 days in H-Town

Hey there, I’m wondering if anyone can help me out with some recommendations or advice on how to do Houston tourist style. I’m coming down from the Pacific Northwest on March 30th- April 2nd. Traveling with my younger brother, we’re both in our early thirties, and looking for some fun. I’m renting a car so we’ll be mobile, staying near Montrose and so far only have a day trip to Galveston planned. I plan on trying famous Texas grub, checking out some museum and bar hopping. Trying to make the most of a short trip! If you guys have any good suggestions of where to go or what to see I would love to hear it from some locals. I’m open to whatever! Thanks.
