Singing Teachers Around Katy?

I have zero vocal training, but I want to become a better singer, specifically for Pop and RnB style music (for example Bruno Mars, Jay Park, BTS style)

Can anyone recommend a teacher around the Katy area that isn't too expensive? (under $100/lesson) The furthest I'd be willing to travel would probably be around Alief.
