Trying to buy DR horton home in Fosters Ridge Conroe.

Anyone or friends who live there? I saw all the terrible rating and horrible stories about DR Horton but some says it depends on the location. As far as I know there are four brands(grade?). Drhorton american builder. Drhorton express(which most people talk xxx about), emerald and freedom. The one we are looking at is drhorton american builder brand if that matters. Could you give me honest review? went to model house today, and we saw some minor things that can be retouched but was overall satisfied. Just dont want to live in molded wood homes due to poor construction or poor material quality homes which were built in a rush.
