Covid positive. Need help, READ!$$

Two weeks ago I got sick and was worried I had Covid so I did an at home rapid test and came back positive. I was just allowed to come back to work and when I got back. They said they needed proof meaning a note from the doctor. Well. I did an at home test and sent them a picture but they’re saying they need a real note from hospital. If I don’t provide. I will lose my job bc I quarantined for 14 days. I really need a doctor who can provide me a note. Can anyone out there help me. I have a family and cannot lose my job. I’ll literally cash app 100 bucks for the help
